- Identify scheduling risks and constraints, facilitate recovery plans, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support tender scheduling, change control procedures, delay analysis, extension-of-time evaluations, and contractual reporting.
- Coordinate scheduling inputs across multidisciplinary teams and challenge incomplete or unrealistic data.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project planning and scheduling within engineering, construction, or large capital projects.
- Experience in power generation, transmission, substations, renewable energy, or similar infrastructure projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6; working proficiency in Microsoft Project and advanced Excel skills are a plus.
- Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycles, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Skilled in critical-path analysis, resource allocation, progress tracking, forecasting, and schedule performance reporting.
- Experience with change management, delay analysis, and extension-of-time processes is advantageous.
- Familiarity with NEC or FIDIC contract frameworks will be beneficial.
Desired Attributes
We are seeking an individual who is analytically minded, detail-oriented, and confident with numerical data. You should excel in communicating complex scheduling information clearly and collaborating effectively with various teams. The ideal candidate maintains composure under competing priorities, exercises strong commercial judgement, proactively manages stakeholders, and identifies risks early in the project lifecycle.
