Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager based in New York who will oversee the complete execution of jewelry development projects for luxury clients in North America. This role acts as the vital liaison between clients in New York and the design and manufacturing teams in China, ensuring smooth progress from initial concept alignment and sample creation to final product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of jewelry development projects including briefing, sampling, obtaining approvals, and overseeing production delivery.
• Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and coordination plans to facilitate efficient project workflows.
• Collaborate intimately with clients, designers, and manufacturing teams in China to ensure alignment between creative goals and production capabilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and proactively addressing any project obstacles.
• Assist with product optimization focusing on materials, craftsmanship, quality standards, and production feasibility.
• Guarantee that jewelry products conform to brand quality benchmarks and comply with applicable US market regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' project management experience within fine jewelry, fashion jewelry, or luxury product development sectors.
• Demonstrated experience working with luxury brands based in North America is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of stainless steel jewelry materials, manufacturing techniques, and product development processes.
• Previous experience managing cross-border projects between US clients and Asian manufacturing teams is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Must reside in New York.
