Project Manager

About the Role

Qualified Crew is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of assigned packages within a massive giga-scale construction project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires extensive contractor-side experience to effectively manage execution, subcontractors, planning, technical concerns, and project progress reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily progress of allocated construction packages to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate closely with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client representatives to ensure seamless operations.
• Track and control project schedules, costs, quality standards, health and safety compliance, manpower allocation, equipment usage, and overall productivity.
• Guarantee that construction work aligns precisely with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Conduct and lead site coordination meetings, ensuring prompt follow-up on any action items.
• Detect potential risks, delays, and problems in the project lifecycle, applying corrective measures proactively.
• Work in close partnership with planning, technical, commercial, procurement, quality assurance and control, and health, safety, and environment teams.
• Generate detailed progress updates and provide performance reports to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Have at least 12 years of experience in managing construction projects.
• Experience should primarily be on the contractor's side handling large-scale, mega, or giga construction ventures.
• Demonstrated expertise in site execution, subcontractor coordination, planning, and project delivery.
• Possession of PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
• Applicants with experience limited to consultant or client roles will not be considered.
