Role Overview
The company is looking to hire a Project Manager characterized by a rare combination of creativity, operational skill, and strategic insight. This role is critical in transforming client visions into extraordinary travel experiences, managing projects from the initial proposal phase to the final implementation. It requires blending creative planning with operational execution, strategic foresight, and detailed organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside senior leaders and project teams to interpret client requirements and develop strategic, winning proposals.
- Design compelling visual presentations that merge engaging storytelling with elevated branding.
- Create imaginative, bespoke travel itineraries surpassing client expectations while adhering to brand standards.
- Manage entire projects from pitch to completion, orchestrating logistics, timelines, and coordinating with global suppliers for flawless delivery.
- Collaborate with the creative team to generate original concepts and high-quality client-facing materials.
- Oversee complex project budgets, ensuring transparent financial management from initial estimates to final reconciliation.
- Maintain professional relationships with an international network of suppliers and facilitators to guarantee operational excellence.
- Deliver exceptional service to ultra-high-net-worth clients, upholding professionalism, discretion, and proactive client relationship management.
- Keep company CRM records updated with accurate client preferences, sales pipeline status, and project documents.
- Provide regular financial and operational status reports to company directors and senior stakeholders.
- Enhance industry knowledge and supplier connections by participating in trade shows, events, and meetings both in London and internationally.
- Drive a culture of excellence by identifying and implementing improvements to service quality, creativity, and efficiency.

- Experience: 3 to 5 years in luxury travel design or project management within creative, events, or production agencies. Experience with ultra-high-net-worth clientele is highly advantageous.
- Attitude: Innovation-driven, strategic thinker, commercially astute, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining composure under pressure.
- Key Skills: Excellent communication and storytelling abilities; proficient budget and financial management; outstanding organizational and proactive problem-solving skills; comfortable with digital presentation technologies; discreet and professional with sensitive client information.
- Working Style: Independent, reliable, flexible, able to collaborate remotely across time zones, and willing to travel internationally when needed.
