Role Overview
This full-time Project Manager position is based in Tampa, Florida, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing part-time remote work. The incumbent will lead planning, coordination, and execution of projects aligned with AdventHealth's clinical and operational priorities, ensuring delivery within established timelines and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the scope and objectives of projects, setting detailed plans to guide activities.
- Manage allocation of resources, budgets, and track progress against milestones.
- Prepare comprehensive status reports for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and expedite critical project tasks.
- Coordinate logistics to support project activities and guarantee inspections and quality standards compliance.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency and project outcome quality.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in project planning, execution, and oversight utilizing recognized management methodologies.
- Experience performing expediting activities to advance task completion efficiently.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and inspection procedures ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Strong skills in logistics management, coordinating timelines, resources, and interdependent tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, engineering, or related disciplines; advanced degrees or certifications such as PMP or CAPM are advantageous.
- Strong analytical abilities and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication capabilities, including conducting meetings and presenting to diverse groups.
- Ability to collaborate productively within a hybrid work model, balancing onsite and remote work expectations.
- Experience in healthcare settings, hospital operations, or large organizational projects is beneficial.
