Project Manager - Facilities Management

Overview

El Seif Operation and Maintenance is searching for a seasoned Project Manager specializing in Facilities Management to oversee and deliver comprehensive facilities management services for a medium to large-scale project. This leadership role entails managing all aspects of project operations including contract adherence, fiscal control, workforce supervision, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting SLAs and regulatory standards.

Key Duties

• Oversee the daily execution of hard and soft facilities management operations.
• Manage contracts, operational budgets, revenues, costs, and overall financial outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to contractual SLAs, KPIs, quality guidelines, safety protocols, and government regulations.
• Lead diverse teams of engineers, supervisors, technicians, cleaners, and support staff.
• Foster robust client relations by addressing operational issues and enhancing satisfaction.
• Handle project risks, develop contingency strategies, allocate resources, coordinate procurement, and monitor vendor performance.
• Analyze operational reports, audits, workforce schedules, and performance data to uncover improvement areas.
• Champion initiatives aimed at process enhancement, digital transformation, sustainability, and boosting operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• At least 10 years' experience in facilities management, operations, and maintenance environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing large facility management projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of hard services (e.g., maintenance) and soft services (e.g., cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, external area maintenance).
• Strong skills in project budgeting, contract oversight, SLA performance monitoring, workforce management, and client engagement.
• Preferred: Certifications in project management or facilities management.
• Preferred experience in project estimation and proposal development.
