Kevin Barry Art Advisory (KBAA) is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee creative projects with a strong emphasis on art, design, and architecture within a 100% remote setting. The role goes beyond traditional project management by bridging the gap between creative vision and execution, making sure every project reflects high artistic standards while providing an outstanding client experience.

Job Summary

The Project Manager at KBAA acts as a pivotal cross-departmental coordinator, facilitating seamless, effective, and profitable project delivery from initiation through final billing. Rooted in a passion for art and interiors, this position ensures creative ideas manifest as well-organized, on-schedule, and quality results. Serving as the main communication conduit among clients, creative teams, production, installation, and finance, this role strengthens momentum and anticipates challenges, fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects including timelines, deliverables, and client liaison from start to finish.
• Maintain proactive and clear communication as the primary contact for clients, including high-caliber discerning clientele.
• Manage detailed project schedules using Asana, Harvest, and other internal tools, ensuring transparency through regular updates and documentation.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and internal expenses to uphold gross margins and profits.
• Detect and address risks involving profitability, scope creep, or delays by implementing corrective measures.
• Collaborate with Finance for invoicing and closing projects per company terms and conditions.
• Track stalled or delayed opportunities within active projects and analyze data to support pipeline improvement and workflow optimization.
• Coordinate all interdepartmental handoffs for timely and accurate project execution.
• Collect and analyze client feedback throughout and post-project phases to enhance internal processes and experiences.
• Facilitate client debriefings, share insights with teams, and participate in lessons-learned sessions.
• Recommend and support workflow enhancements to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Promote adoption of project management best practices and tools throughout the organization.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 4-6 years of project management experience, specifically within art consultancy, creative service industries, interior design, architecture, or similar fields.
• Demonstrated ability to steer complex, multi-phase projects involving diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with creative production processes and design-related terminology.
• Proficiency with project management and productivity software such as Asana, Harvest, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capability to lead and influence team members across departments without direct authority.
• Experience managing external vendors including installers, fabricators, and logistics service providers.
• Strong prioritization skills with a commitment to managing projects from inception to completion.
• Adaptability to operate within a growing company where procedures continue to evolve.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000, complemented by performance bonuses.
