About the Role
Join Aggreko in Riyadh as a Project Coordinator, providing essential project support for events and projects throughout Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East. You will ensure effective management of manpower and fleet allocation by collaborating closely with Service Managers, Project Administrators, and other Coordinators.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate manpower and resources for various events and projects across the Middle East.
- Manage detailed logistics such as accommodation, transportation, flights, and visa arrangements to guarantee punctual deployment of team members.
- Supervise subcontractor deployment to projects and events to ensure smooth operations.
- Engage in daily communication with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen relationships and coordination within Aggreko's support functions.
- Support Project Managers proactively by anticipating needs and assisting in all aspects necessary for successful project and event delivery.
- Compile detailed reports, maintain organized files and records, and verify the validity of critical documents.
- Ensure compliance with all project or event-specific requirements and company policies.
- Oversee Purchase Order issuance to vendors and subcontractors, ensuring financial and operational alignment.
- Manage and guide administrative staff for efficient daily task completion.
- Maintain rigorous document control, ensuring information accuracy and accessibility.
- Handle all general administrative and coordination activities.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support evolving project and event requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of two years' experience in customer service or contract administration within a business-to-business environment, ideally in rental operations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP or CRM systems such as Salesforce and M3.
- Strong written and verbal communication with thorough attention to detail.
- A collaborative leadership style focused on results, including mentorship and proactive problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask, maintain accurate data, and meet service level expectations.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and eager to learn all stages of the hire lifecycle.
