TXT PACE, a subsidiary of TXT Group, is in search of experienced professionals to oversee advanced technology projects and programs within Germany's aerospace and defense sectors. Operating in a meticulously governed and structured framework, success hinges on strategic governance, rigorous planning, and diligent control.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise program and project management activities, balancing execution detail with strategic foresight.
• Develop and track project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and quality targets while engaging teams to align with clear, shared goals.
• Monitor project progress using key performance indicators, milestones, and assessments of risks and opportunities with proactive oversight.
• Produce comprehensive analyses and reports to aid strategic decisions, guaranteeing alignment between objectives and achievements.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication, prioritize tasks, and negotiate compromises effectively.
• Enhance project and program management methodologies and tools, championing initiatives focused on performance improvement, change management, and governance processes.
• Lead initiatives throughout the full project lifecycle, delivering structured momentum and tangible results.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of five years’ experience in project, program, or operations management.
• Background in aerospace, defense, industrial sectors, or other highly regulated environments is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured, result-driven approach.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability in completing tasks autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills suited for diverse stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient at navigating complex, dynamic environments with agility.
• Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Planisware, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies including PMI, Prince2, Agile, and Scrum, with the ability to select the appropriate method based on project context.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, STEM fields, Economics, Management, Aerospace, or related disciplines.
• Proficient in English; additional German language skills are an advantage.

Contract Details

• Permanent employment under German contract terms.
• Annual gross salary range between €54,000 and €70,000.
• Full-time position with a hybrid working model based in Germany.
• Contract specifics will be tailored to the candidate’s profile and aligned with the IG Metall collective bargaining agreement.
