Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Community Engagement & Success, the Program Manager for the Teen Expansion Program (TEP) will assume leadership responsibilities for planning, executing, and overseeing personnel, recreational programming, and various related services targeted at youth aged 12-19.

Key Duties and Expectations

• Lead and supervise staff and recreational activities effectively.
• Foster clear and courteous communication with diverse teenage participants as well as colleagues across the organization.
• Demonstrate strong commitment and zeal for the agency's mission.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

Additional Details

• Work schedule involves 30 hours per week.
• Compensation is set at $25.00 per hour.
