Role Overview and Responsibilities

  • Decompose strategic objectives into detailed analysis, specific tasks, and well-defined deliverables.
  • Coordinate multiple cross-functional teams including Sales, Servicing, Billing, Product, and Technology departments.
  • Perform data analysis, map processes, and identify issues to pinpoint risks and uncover opportunities.
  • Support the design and implementation of pilot projects relating to onboarding, servicing, and pricing.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate pilot results, and deliver insightful analysis to aid decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to operationalize successful pilot initiatives.
  • Create polished executive-level presentations, documents, and dashboards.
  • Maintain rigorous project management practices such as tracking timelines, managing risk logs, RAID items, follow-ups, and proper documentation.
  • Demonstrate autonomy by working independently, proactively advancing project progress without close supervision.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, engineering, or closely related discipline, or comparable experience.
  • 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in business operations, strategic execution, consulting, or process improvement. Highly relevant internships are also considered.
  • Proven ability to analyze and structure ambiguous problems effectively.
  • Strong analytical capability including proficiency with data manipulation and KPI monitoring.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop presentation slides suitable for management and director-level audiences.
  • Experience in dynamic, matrixed organizational environments.
  • Capability to handle multiple workstreams and follow-through independently without constant guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in top-tier consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture Strategy, Big 4 Advisory) or similar project-driven consulting environments.
  • Experience with transformation projects, operating model redesign, or customer experience enhancement.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL or BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
  • Prior exposure to payments, financial services, or fintech industries is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving methodologies including hypothesis formulation, root cause analysis, stakeholder engagement, and KPI development.
