Job Summary
We are urgently seeking a seasoned Production Manager to oversee the operations of a continuous tyre pyrolysis plant located in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in continuous manufacturing and process industries, especially within tyre pyrolysis or similar sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage 24/7 production operations to ensure smooth running of the plant.
- Lead and coordinate the production team along with efficient shift planning.
- Meet set production and quality objectives consistently.
- Supervise maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory compliance, and optimize process efficiency.
- Monitor plant performance through PLC/SCADA systems.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at cost reduction and operational excellence.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) specializing in Mechanical, Chemical, or Production disciplines.
- Substantial experience (7 to 15 years) in continuous manufacturing or processing industries.
- Experience in tyre pyrolysis operations is highly preferred.
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates with experience in tyre pyrolysis, refinery, petrochemical, chemical, cement, steel, or waste recycling industries are encouraged to apply.
