Role Overview
The Production Executive plays a crucial role in overseeing the administrative aspects of projects and efficiently managing project details. This position supports the production lead throughout various phases including pitching, pre-production, supplier coordination, and on-site event execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project administrative tasks and coordinate project specifics to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist the production lead in preparing proposals by contributing to planning and cost estimation.
- Handle supplier management and contribute to the successful delivery of events.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in agency project coordination or event management.
- Experience in related fields with similar responsibilities is advantageous.
