About the Role
We are seeking a Product & Program Coordinator to join our client project in Dubai focused on e-commerce and payment solutions. This position plays a key role in managing co-branded card and payment programs by maintaining organization, ensuring timelines are met, and overseeing smooth delivery from planning through launch and post-launch phases.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive coordination of product and program plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across several workstreams to ensure timelines are respected.
- Manage end-to-end roadmap tracking including enhancements, requirement gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and readiness activities for product launches.
- Conduct governance activities such as running governance meetings, maintaining RAID logs, action trackers, decision records, and stakeholder follow-ups to prevent delays.
- Monitor product and portfolio metrics covering acquisition, activation, engagement, spending, and operational performance; develop executive updates, dashboards, reports, and strategic recommendations for senior leaders.
- Facilitate alignment among diverse groups such as product, marketing, operations, technology, risk, compliance, analytics, banking partners, and third parties.
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and blockers early, ensuring documentation like product requirements, change records, and governance materials are accurate and up-to-date.
Mandatory Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of experience in product or program coordination, product operations, project management, or PMO roles within payments, card services, banking, fintech, e-commerce, or financial sectors.
- Demonstrated involvement in co-branded card or payment product initiatives including launches, improvements, or portfolio management.
- Strong mastery in governance and delivery disciplines such as milestone tracking, RAID management, action tracking, and progress reporting.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders from various departments and external partners.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, follow-up, and meeting facilitation capabilities.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Availability to start immediately or within a maximum 30-day notice period.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating dashboards with Power BI or similar tools.
- Understanding of product lifecycle management, market launches, UAT processes, and post-launch monitoring.
- Knowledge about cardholder acquisition, activation, customer lifecycle management, portfolio performance, and spend growth drivers.
- Experience collaborating with banking partners, vendors, and delivery teams.
- Familiarity with project delivery platforms such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.
- Experience in business requirements gathering, change request tracking, and process documentation.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is highly organized, persistent in following up, able to hold senior stakeholders accountable diplomatically, and skilled in clear communication suitable for executive audiences. They must have sufficient knowledge of the cards and payments sector to coordinate efficiently.
