Product Manager - AI Platforms

Overview

This opportunity is for a strategic Product Manager to lead the vision and roadmap of AI platform solutions aimed at enterprise clients. The role requires translating user needs into actionable product features and partnering closely with engineering teams to deliver exceptional products. This is a long-term contract position based remotely in the United States, specifically San Francisco, CA. Candidates must be US citizens with security clearance due to the federal client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle from conception through launch and ongoing enhancement of enterprise AI platforms.
• Perform thorough market and competitive research along with customer interviews to uncover new market possibilities and address user challenges.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap that balances immediate objectives with long-term strategic aims.
• Create precise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria within an Agile development framework.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product development and successful market introduction.
• Define and track product success metrics to drive continuous refinement and guide future planning.
• Champion the product vision and communicate its value effectively to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in product management with a preference for enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
• Technical proficiency or strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
• Proven experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Capability to rely on data for making informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills combined with leadership qualities.
