Role Overview
This role, titled Senior Process Analyst Recruitment, entails managing end-to-end recruitment operations in collaboration with internal partners and client management teams within IBM. The incumbent will devise and implement sourcing strategies to develop a highly qualified talent pipeline aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire sourcing lifecycle ensuring adherence to SLA requirements, taking corrective measures for success.
- Perform preliminary evaluations of candidates’ fit for roles.
- Innovate sourcing approaches for candidate acquisition and lead generation.
- Collaborate with business leaders to establish recruiting goals on weekly, quarterly, and annual bases for the Global Delivery Center.
- Use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related tools for efficient candidate screening and management.
- Apply precise screening and selection standards to identify top talent and evaluate pool strengths.
- Maintain up-to-date candidate information in ATS promptly.
- Execute other management-assigned tasks as needed.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree
- Preferred: Master's degree
Experience and Professional Expertise
- Graduates or postgraduates with 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, particularly in ITES, BPO, or Finance and Accounting sectors.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers through requisition to offer processes.
- Expertise in sourcing via social media and innovative platforms.
- Experience in partner management and capability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
- Strong domain knowledge with a focus on business strategy and innovation.
- Preference given to candidates with direct sourcing and recruitment experience in corporate or consultancy/RPO environments.
- Consultative mindset towards recruitment, with proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems advantageous.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented individual able to work under minimal supervision towards targets.
- Experience in managing change and meeting tight deadlines effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to team contributions.
- Continuous professional development through workshops and publications.
