The school is looking for a dedicated Preschool Teacher who can foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment tailored for young children. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute lesson plans and activities suitable for preschool-aged children.
• Create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Encourage the holistic development of children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills.
• Utilize creative methods such as storytelling, music, art, and play-based learning to engage children.
• Observe and evaluate student progress and communicate insights to parents.
• Maintain classroom discipline using positive and constructive approaches.
• Work collaboratively with fellow staff members and actively participate in school events.
• Ensure the classroom remains clean and organized.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate degree with a diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
• Experience working with preschool children is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Compensation
