About the Role

We are seeking motivated and committed Porters to become part of our team at 7265 North Baker Rd, Fremont, IN. This position plays a crucial role in upholding the cleanliness and operational quality of our premises, creating an inviting atmosphere for all visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out regular cleaning duties across multiple areas such as restrooms, break rooms, and communal spaces.
• Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure cleanliness.
• Empty trash bins responsibly and oversee waste disposal systems.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and promptly report any major repairs to management.
• Support event preparations by setting up and dismantling as required.
• Keep cleaning supplies well-stocked and orderly.
• Deliver excellent customer service by warmly welcoming guests and addressing their inquiries.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in cleaning or custodial roles is advantageous.
• Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality.
• Effective communication skills paired with a pleasant attitude.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Availability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as needed.
