Pool Technician

Role Overview and Requirements

This full-time position requires hands-on expertise in managing and maintaining water park pool systems, focusing on technical and supervisory responsibilities. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in water park operations and maintenance, ensuring all aquatic equipment and environments remain functional and safe.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least five years of professional experience within a water park setting.
• Minimum of three years in a supervisory role, specifically overseeing maintenance of water-related systems and areas.
• Strong knowledge and practical skills in the upkeep of water pumps, water chemistry, filtration devices, and monitoring apparatus.
• Bachelor of Science degree is mandatory.

Skills and Management Responsibilities

• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service aligned with the company's standards when working with guests and team members.
• Capability to assimilate and apply human resources policies and procedures.
• Experienced in leading and motivating a team of technicians, providing guidance to enhance productivity and foster a positive work environment.
• Proficient in administering disciplinary measures constructively through coaching and counseling, aiming to improve employee performance or execute employment termination if necessary.
