Role Overview

The Physiotherapist role involves specialized clinical movement expertise to deliver thorough rehabilitation and performance enhancement care. Responsibilities include integrating medical assessments and functional movement evaluations to create tailored treatment plans that restore mobility, increase resilience, and reduce injury risks. This position requires strong clinical reasoning, patient education skills, and interdisciplinary teamwork. Physiotherapists will monitor progress, adapt treatments, and empower patients with education for long-term movement health. Additional duties include supporting clinical excellence through accurate documentation, participating in wellness programs, and collaborating with physicians, health coaches, nutritionists, and the Head of Clinical Operations to maintain quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed physical assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Apply evidence-based physiotherapy techniques to enhance mobility, strength, and functional capacity.
• Track patient progress and modify treatment approaches accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and rehabilitation methods.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient care and therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage in organizational health and wellness activities.
• Work alongside physicians, health coaches, and nutritionists within a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist the Head of Clinical Operations in quality assurance and internal audits to uphold licensing standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Hold valid registration or licensure with the relevant professional regulatory body.
• Have at least two years of clinical experience specializing in musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiac, or other rehabilitation areas.
• Ability to conduct physical assessments and utilize therapeutic techniques effectively.
• Experience with electronic medical records and standardized clinical documentation procedures.
