What you'll do

• Identify and research possible affiliate and B2B2C partnership opportunities across areas such as banking, media, student offers, edtech, and book directories.
• Support ongoing partner management by handling check-ins, reporting, and joint activity coordination, with particular attention on nurturing affiliate partners.
• Help with prospect outreach by drafting first-contact emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up notes.
• Assist in preparing partnership proposals, pitch decks, and one-page summaries adapted to specific organisations and audiences.
• Join partnership calls and meetings, capture notes, and track the next actions agreed during discussions.
• Keep the CRM current with accurate partner details, relationship updates, and pipeline activity.
• Support the onboarding of newly signed partners by coordinating introductions and making sure the handover runs smoothly.
• Track developments in the edtech and education space to spot new partnership trends and opportunities.
• Work with the marketing team on partnership packaging documentation.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative when opportunities appear.
• Exposure to tools such as HubSpot, Slack, Claude, and Google Workspace is helpful but not essential.
