Job Overview
We are urgently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Partner Onboarding Executives in Malleshwaram, Bengaluru. This role involves recruiting and onboarding auto drivers by engaging with them directly, presenting the benefits of the platform, and facilitating their registration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to meet potential auto driver partners.
- Communicate platform advantages and features clearly to drivers.
- Complete the registration and onboarding formalities effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- Comfortable with fieldwork and outdoor engagement.
- Possess strong communication skills to interact with diverse candidates.
- Familiarity with smartphone usage for seamless onboarding.
- Must possess a valid Aadhaar card for verification purposes.
