Part-time Merchandiser

Role Overview

An experienced retail merchandiser is required to work part-time, offering approximately 10-40 hours weekly with flexible scheduling to suit individual preferences. The position involves visiting various major retail stores across the country to perform merchandising tasks, audits, and the placement of point-of-sale (POS) materials. Candidates must possess a personal vehicle for transportation of promotional displays and materials, which may occasionally be delivered to their home.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to major stores nationwide for tasks like merchandising, audits, and POS placement.
• Utilize personal transportation to carry promotional displays and materials.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with both store staff and customers.
• Use a smartphone or tablet to report via a dedicated app, including capturing high-quality photographs and providing detailed feedback.
• Perform occasional physical tasks such as moving stock during merchandising activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have access to a personal car for store visits and transporting materials.
• Capable of using a phone or tablet proficiently for reporting and capturing images.
• Ability to perform some lifting and physical activities associated with merchandising.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of €14.15.
• Lunch allowance of €13 provided when working over 5 hours or stationed more than 8km from home.
• Mileage reimbursement at €0.15 per kilometer traveled.
