Job Overview

As an overnight maintenance associate at a Walmart Supercenter, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience by maintaining store cleanliness. Your duties will include keeping the entire store and surrounding areas clean and safe, from parking lots to restrooms and receiving zones.

Compensation and Schedule

The hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27, with actual pay meeting or exceeding the minimum wage requirements for the location. Additional compensation may be earned through performance incentives given annually or quarterly. Certain circumstances may qualify you for hourly premiums between $0.35 and $3.00 based on factors such as work schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks performed. Overnight shifts are available for this full-time position.
