Key Responsibilities

• Promote various content assets, including studies, reports, and digital PR stories, to relevant journalists, bloggers, publishers, and websites.
• Conduct thorough research to assess outreach targets for relevance and authority to optimize campaign results.
• Identify and verify accurate contact details for potential outreach targets.
• Develop customized outreach messages, manage email sequences, follow-ups, and negotiate placements and mentions.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with media professionals to support future outreach efforts.
• Monitor and report on outreach campaign metrics such as response rates and acquired links.
• Leverage outreach technologies, media databases, SEO platforms, and AI tools to boost workflow efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years practical experience in outreach, digital PR, link building, or similar, with a proven track record of securing placements and backlinks.
• Strong ability to obtain backlinks, media mentions, or coverage from relevant authoritative websites.
• Exceptional English writing skills to efficiently craft personalized and engaging outreach communications.
• Excellent research aptitude and meticulous attention to detail in evaluating prospects and verifying contact information.
• Capability to manage high-volume outreach campaigns involving various initiatives, extensive prospect lists, and structured follow-up.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and commitment to ethical, value-driven link building approaches.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, proactive, and persistent when managing outreach projects independently.
• Interest in integrating AI technologies and automation to enhance outreach workflows.
• Experience with outreach and PR tools like BuzzStream, Prowly, MuckRack, Cision, Pitchbox, or Hunter is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SEO analysis tools such as Ahrefs, including metrics like domain authority and anchor text, is beneficial.
