Operations Coordinator / Supervisor - E-Commerce

Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Operations Coordinator / Supervisor in the e-commerce domain based in Dubai. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end order processes and ensuring timely delivery while collaborating with various logistics and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of order processing from receipt to final delivery.
• Continuously oversee order flow in real time and guarantee prompt order fulfilment across multiple sales channels.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, picking, packing, and delivery teams to achieve service-level objectives.
• Monitor stock quantities and work alongside procurement and vendors to maintain adequate inventory.
• Address and resolve issues related to orders including cancellations, refunds, and escalations linked to delivery.
• Keep product listings, pricing, and availability current on the platform.
• Track key performance indicators such as order accuracy, fulfilment timelines, cancellation rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Compile and present daily and weekly operational reports for management review.

Preferred Qualifications

• Between 2 and 4 years of practical experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management within the UAE or GCC region.
• Proficient with popular e-commerce platforms including Shopify, Salla, Zid, Magento, or equivalents.
• Knowledgeable of last-mile delivery service providers in the UAE like Aramex, Fetchr, or Naqel.
• Advanced skills in using Excel or Google Sheets for data reporting and analysis.
• Experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English communication; Arabic language skills considered a valuable addition.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while juggling multiple tasks effectively.
