Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised, energetic, and accountable School Operations Executive who will oversee daily school operations ensuring a seamless experience for students, parents, and teachers alike. This critical role involves managing attendance, schedules, fee collection, record keeping, issue resolution, and event coordination to maintain a professional and smoothly functioning educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily school activities including last-minute scheduling adjustments with teachers and students, and manage fee collection with follow-up reminders to parents.
• Maintain accurate student data such as attendance, progress, class rescheduling, and certification records; address parent queries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Handle admission inquiries promptly, schedule demos, track enrolments, and maintain a lead/enquiry database.
• Monitor student participation and performance in grade exams, live shows, and other events.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience ranging from none up to five years in similar operational roles across industries.
• Proficiency using Excel to manage data efficiently.

• Work Hours: 12:30 PM to 8:45 PM
• Compensation: Salary between 18,000 and 25,000 INR per month.
