About the Role
TalentPop App is hiring a remote Brand Concierge focused on e-commerce sales and order support. The position is centered on helping customers move smoothly through the buying process, recovering missed revenue opportunities, and delivering a polished, one-to-one service that strengthens trust, repeat business, and brand loyalty.

Key Duties
- Communicate with customers through chat, email, phone, and SMS to help with purchases, product questions, and after-sales needs, while keeping conversion and satisfaction in focus.
- Look for chances to increase order value through upselling, cross-selling, and bundle recommendations.
- Support recovery efforts for abandoned carts, subscription-related follow-ups, win-back outreach, and similar retention-focused touchpoints.
- Handle order tracking, returns, exchanges, and cancellations in situations where there is still a chance to save the sale.
- Deliver every interaction in the brand’s tone and provide a high-touch concierge-style customer experience.
- Keep customer information accurate and organized, and report patterns or insights that can help improve sales performance and the wider customer journey.
- Work with internal teams to apply feedback and refine processes that influence conversions.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of remote or online sales and customer support experience.
- Previous e-commerce exposure is required, particularly in upselling, cross-selling, abandoned cart recovery, subscription support, win-back outreach, post-purchase support, or product bundling.
- Strong persuasive communication skills and the ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and close opportunities.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience through phone, email, or chat; e-commerce sales experience is an added advantage.
- Experience with Shopify, CRM tools, or customer engagement platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to stay self-driven, target-focused, and effective in a fast-paced remote environment.
- A personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or above.
- Reliable internet with minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speed.
- A quiet workspace that is appropriate for taking calls.
