About the Role
XNET IT PTY LTD operates in New Zealand as a registered overseas company since 2020 and is a technology-focused organization seeking an enthusiastic Office Manager. This is a full-time position requiring 32 hours per week, combining remote work with on-site duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily administrative functions across various locations and remote settings.
- Supervise administrative and support personnel by assigning tasks, monitoring their performance, and offering necessary training.
- Coordinate interdepartmental communication between sales, procurement, and distribution to ensure meeting deadlines and targets.
- Plan and track resource allocation, which includes IT equipment, site support, and office supplies procurement.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor IT equipment stock, and provide regular reporting.
- Manage essential documentation such as invoicing, purchase orders, and supplier records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
- Collaborate with external vendors, service providers, and logistics partners to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and distribution processes.
- Assist directors and senior managers with administrative and operational duties.
- Conduct onboarding processes and orientation for new hires.
- Prepare and deliver routine reports covering purchasing, distribution, and administrative key performance indicators.
- Develop and enhance office systems, policies, and workflows that enhance both virtual and physical workplace efficiency.
- Ensure workplace compliance with health and safety protocols and promote a cooperative and efficient workplace culture.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a Master's degree in management or an equivalent qualification in business administration or management.
- Proven experience in office administration, management, and staff oversight.
- Strong business coordination skills within supply chain or service industries.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office applications, data entry, and database management.
Employment Details
This role is full-time for 32 hours per week, involving flexible arrangements between working remotely and on-site.
