Office Admin Executive

Job Overview

This position involves overseeing on-site execution activities specializing in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system installations. The executive will manage technicians and subcontractors to ensure systems are installed per approved technical drawings while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation teams handling HVAC, electrical cabling, piping, and plumbing to adhere to approved plans.
• Coordinate among multiple trades to resolve site access and spatial conflicts and work closely with civil teams on penetration alignments.
• Ensure quality assurance and control by performing pressure and leakage testing, submitting inspection requests when necessary, and managing punch list items to comply with local regulations.
• Maintain health, safety, and environment standards by enforcing the use of personal protective equipment, conducting daily safety briefings, especially for work at height and hot work scenarios.
• Prepare daily reports concerning manpower deployment, material consumption, work progress, and notify project engineers regarding site challenges and developments.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Between three to five years or more of practical experience supervising MEP site construction or contracting activities.
• Proficiency reading and interpreting MEP and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of HVAC design and standards such as SMACNA and ASHRAE, along with electrical and plumbing codes.
• Effective labor management capabilities.
