Role Overview
The Nurse Navigator plays a critical role in steering patients and their families through intricate healthcare pathways with a special emphasis on oncology and chronic illnesses. This position is based in Kennewick, WA and requires onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate patient and family guidance through complex treatment processes, particularly for cancer and long-term conditions.
- Manage scheduling of clinical appointments, referrals, and ensure continuous follow-up care to provide seamless healthcare experiences.
