Role Overview

This night shift opening seeks an energetic, dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to a dynamic team. The position involves varied duties across the store, ensuring customers receive excellent service by efficiently managing stock, assisting at tills, and handling deliveries. Flexibility is key, as daily tasks will regularly vary.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and dispatch products using handheld terminals, reporting any discrepancies promptly to management.
• Inspect product quality, verify shelf life, and confirm packaging integrity to prepare goods for delivery.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by processing deliveries swiftly and meeting targets.
• Engage courteously with delivery personnel and aptly resolve queries, escalating complex issues when necessary.

• Possess a positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work efficiently to meet set picking rates.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for outstanding customer service, going beyond expectations to support customers.
• Maintain punctuality, proper appearance, and dependability.
