Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time nanny based in Islamabad who will deliver attentive and safe childcare while fostering a nurturing environment. This role involves overseeing children's daily activities, maintaining consistent routines, and supporting their emotional and social development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children throughout the day, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities that promote early childhood development.
• Assist with homework or educational tasks as required.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children’s dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe space suited for children’s activities.
• Perform basic household duties related to childcare.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, behavior, and needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in babysitting and childcare emphasizing safety, supervision, and emotional encouragement.
• Comfort and competence in managing children's routines and behavior positively.
• Understanding of early childhood development principles to plan suitable activities.
• Cooking skills for preparing healthy meals and snacks appropriate for children.
• Ability to maintain a hygienic and organized environment tailored to children’s needs.
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination with parents or guardians.
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, professionalism, and a kind approach toward children and their families.
• Previous experience as a nanny or in childcare preferred; certifications in childcare, early education, or first aid/CPR are advantageous.
