About the Role

M I R A L.L.C seeks a polished and client-oriented Medical Receptionist for its upscale aesthetic clinic in Al Barsha 2, Dubai. Serving as the initial point of contact, the role centers on providing an outstanding patient experience with professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients warmly and professionally.
• Manage scheduling of appointments, send confirmations, and conduct follow-ups.
• Respond promptly to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries from patients.
• Register new patients and ensure accurate maintenance of medical records.
• Coordinate with medical and clinic staff to facilitate smooth daily functions.
• Process billing, including payment reception and invoice issuance.
• Address patient concerns tactfully and escalate issues appropriately.
• Keep the reception area tidy and well-organized.
• Support administrative tasks and maintain clinic documentation.
• Consistently deliver a high-quality customer experience reflecting the clinic's premium standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar front desk role in aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, dental clinics, or healthcare settings preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance suitable for a luxury client-facing environment.
• Confidence and approachability with strong rapport-building capability.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in appointment scheduling software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
