About the Role
TXT GROUP is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join projects in collaboration with Airbus, focusing on the high-tech Aerospace and Defence sectors. The position involves participation in complex international teams, supporting the development, analysis, and lifecycle management of mechanical systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and validate innovative mechanical systems and components.
- Offer expertise throughout various engineering processes, including design, industrialization, and production support.
- Conduct structural, functional, and systems-level analyses to aid engineering activities.
- Contribute to the advancement and optimization of design methods, tools, and workflows.
- Work collaboratively across departments such as manufacturing, quality assurance, systems engineering, and testing.
- Ensure the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation in compliance with relevant industry standards and requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives to enhance quality.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in mechanical design and engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD/DMU tools (e.g., CATIA, 3DEXPERIENCE, or similar platforms).
- Understanding of design best practices, processes, and international standards.
- Competence in interpreting technical documents and fulfilling specification requirements.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in mechanical engineering roles, preferably within Aerospace, Defence, or comparable complex industrial environments.
- Ability to independently handle structured technical tasks.
- Comfortable working in diverse, multidisciplinary, and international settings.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving approach.
