About the Company
Limak Al-Ayuni JV, a partnership between Al-Ayuni Investment & Contracting and Limak Holding, undertakes significant infrastructure projects for Trojena, NEOM—an innovative year-round tourist destination gearing up to host the 2029 Asian Winter Games. The joint venture manages landmark developments such as The Vault, a futuristic vertical complex featuring residential, hospitality, retail, cultural, and entertainment facilities. Additionally, they are constructing the Time Travel Tunnels, which are unique twin-bored transport tunnels with steep gradients enhancing connectivity and logistics through the Mirage Freight Depot.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Master Plumber to join our team full-time and on-site in Riyadh to provide expert plumbing services across expansive construction and infrastructure projects within the joint venture. The position demands active involvement in installing, inspecting, and sustaining plumbing systems, including piping networks and water supply and drainage solutions for a variety of property types such as residences, hotels, commercial complexes, and tunnels.
The Master Plumber will be expected to interpret and work from technical blueprints and specifications, collaborate closely with site engineers and ancillary trades, and ensure that all installations abide by applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include diagnosis and remediation of plumbing faults, conducting preventive and corrective maintenance, supervising plumbing teams or subcontractors to guarantee high-quality workmanship, and maintaining accurate work documentation while managing material orders. The role also involves supporting commissioning, testing, and final system handover operations.
Required Qualifications
- Comprehensive technical expertise in plumbing systems encompassing installation, troubleshooting, and strict adherence to plumbing codes and standards.
- Skilled in handling various piping materials employed in large projects, including cutting, joining, and testing procedures.
- Proven capability in maintaining and repairing plumbing installations with experience in planning and performing both routine preventive and urgent corrective maintenance.
- Capacity to ensure seamless maintenance service delivery that aligns with project needs and minimizes operational disruptions.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills facilitating professional interaction with site management, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Official Master Plumber certification or an equivalent trade qualification; additional vocational education in mechanical or building services fields is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience working on extensive construction or infrastructure projects, particularly involving tunnels, high-rise buildings, or sophisticated mixed-use developments.
- Deep understanding of occupational health and safety practices, including risk management on construction sites.
- Willingness and ability to operate on-site in Riyadh, conform to evolving project timelines, and effectively cooperate within a multicultural team setting.
