Role Overview
The Marketing Project Manager will join Nothing’s U.S. marketing team at an early stage, offering an opportunity to shape foundational marketing processes and operations. This position works closely with the U.S. Marketing Lead to develop the infrastructure for ambitious marketing efforts including retail product launches, cultural activations, and diverse campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Create and oversee detailed project plans for strategic marketing campaigns, retail promotions, and unique activations, setting clear objectives, scopes, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Manage project execution to ensure timelines and budgets are met without compromising quality.
- Facilitate coordination among U.S. marketing, influencer, PR, and events teams to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Serve as the main contact for internal stakeholders, providing consistent updates on project progress, milestones, and challenges.
- Coordinate internal resources and support collaboration with external agencies when necessary.
- Maintain thorough project documentation including plans, status updates, and meeting notes.
- Manage logistics for on-site events, activations, and retail experiences from setup through breakdown to ensure smooth execution.
- Produce regular leadership reports summarizing project statuses, risks, and outcomes.
- Conduct post-launch evaluations to extract insights and improve future campaign executions.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years’ experience in project management, preferably in consumer technology, brand marketing, or similar dynamic environments.
- A mindset suited to early-stage team environments, comfortable with ambiguity and capable of independently advancing projects.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects concurrently with great attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills applicable across creative, strategic, and operational discussions.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, public relations, event, and creative teams.
- Agency background is advantageous, especially in managing external partners or vendor relationships.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
- Fluent in English.
Compensation and Location
The annual salary ranges from $92,000 to $120,000, dependent on experience. The position is based in New York, with flexibility for remote work arrangements for exceptional candidates.
