About the Role
The Analyst Relations (AR) team at Infosys is a specialized marketing group responsible for managing and maintaining influential relationships with global analysts across various service and industry sectors. Analysts play a crucial role in shaping client purchasing choices, evaluating and ranking our business, impacting our brand reputation, and guiding marketing message development.
Operating on a global scale, the AR team ensures consistent and precise positioning of Infosys through cross-functional and cross-industry collaborations to uphold and strengthen our leadership status with analysts.
Role Location
Bangalore or Pune, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture "trusted advisor" relationships with Infosys leadership and top executives as well as with leading analysts at targeted analyst firms.
- Act as the bridge between senior leadership and analyst community to deliver strategically crafted messaging.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of service offerings and industry nuances to interpret large amounts of information effectively.
- Manage diverse, global teams and stakeholders while adapting to cultural differences and working across various time zones.
- Continuously identify opportunities to develop and publish narratives with analysts that add value to business units.
- Play a strategic role beyond routine research responses by shaping messaging strategies, advising executives, and deciding on priorities for external communications.
- Collaborate across organizational hierarchies with a result-driven, accountable approach.
- Leverage data collection and consolidation for actionable reporting and analysis.
Candidate Profile
- Results-oriented self-starter with strong networking capabilities across various organizational levels.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
- A strong passion for technology services and an informed perspective on the industry ecosystem, including knowledge of industry peers and their performance.
- Ability to utilize artifacts, case studies, and differentiate business propositions effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 10 to 12 years of experience in Analyst Relations, preferably within a Professional Services firm.
- Master's degree required.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Marketing experience is considered advantageous.
