About the Company
Teamfluencer is an AI-driven influencer marketing platform that enables brands to find creators, run influencer campaigns, measure results, and grow creator partnerships through data-backed technology. The company is expanding into the United States and is hiring a Marketing Manager to shape and execute its US marketing efforts.
Role Overview
This position calls for a marketer who can both plan strategically and execute hands-on. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for strengthening Teamfluencer’s presence in the US, building demand, creating content, and supporting growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the marketing approach for Teamfluencer’s US business.
- Run campaigns focused on brand visibility, content, lead generation, and growth.
- Plan and coordinate marketing activity across LinkedIn, email, events, partnerships, PR, and digital platforms.
- Shape the company’s market messaging and positioning for the US audience.
- Partner with the sales team to create qualified leads and contribute to pipeline development.
- Produce case studies, presentations, landing pages, newsletters, and other sales-support content.
- Monitor campaign results, evaluate performance, and share reports on marketing impact.
- Study market trends, competitor actions, and new growth opportunities.
- Work in sync with leadership, product, sales, and customer success teams.
Requirements
- At least 4–6+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, B2B marketing, or digital marketing.
- Prior experience creating and running marketing strategies for the US market.
- Good understanding of B2B SaaS, martech, influencer marketing, or the creator economy.
- Strong written and spoken communication abilities.
- Comfort with combining strategic thinking and practical execution.
- Solid analytical capability, including tracking marketing KPIs.
- Experience working with sales teams to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-moving startup setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in influencer marketing, the creator economy, or social media technology.
- Exposure to US market entry or international expansion.
- A pre-existing network within marketing teams, brands, agencies, or creator economy communities.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools.
