Role overview
THEBLACKLABEL USA is hiring a Marketing Coordinator in Los Angeles, CA. This role supports artist marketing activity across multiple teams and territories, with a strong focus on coordination, execution, and operational follow-through.
What you will do
- Take charge of timelines, calendars, and marketing presentation decks for artist campaigns, making sure release dates, milestone checkpoints, and asset handoffs stay on schedule across partners and regions.
- Assist the global marketing function with day-to-day administrative and operational needs spanning digital marketing, PR, distribution, and content planning.
- Capture detailed notes from meetings and keep track of next steps for internal teams as well as outside partners.
- Oversee the flow of creative assets from Korea HQ by receiving, recording, sharing, and monitoring approval progress.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver materials smoothly and support campaign rollout from start to finish.
- Support U.S. artist promotional planning, including travel arrangements for artists and staff, and help with visa-related processes.
- Review campaign results and build recap decks for artist releases using performance data and insights.
- Handle vendor invoices, contribute to budget monitoring, and support internal finance workflows.
- Research the market, industry, and competitors to spot new developments and trends.
Preferred background
- 1 to 2 years of experience in entertainment, with music industry exposure considered especially valuable.
- Strong enthusiasm for K-pop and pop culture, along with a clear understanding of digital and social media trends.
- Bilingual communication skills; Korean fluency at a professional level is an advantage for working with HQ.
- Highly organized, attentive to detail, resourceful, and comfortable owning projects proactively.
- Creative thinking with the ability to bring fresh ideas and a solid grasp of social media platforms.
- Willingness to work flexibly across U.S. and Korea time zones.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Confident with MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and project management software.
