About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our UK team for a 12-month internship. This role provides an exciting chance to support Montblanc's brand presence and engagement in a dynamic market.
Working closely with the Brand Director and the International Marketing team, you will play a vital role in implementing marketing and communication strategies. This position suits a proactive individual passionate about luxury marketing and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the marketing team in executing the marketing plan, including events, CRM initiatives, visual merchandising, media, promotional activities, and tactical public relations.
- Organize and oversee event planning ensuring adherence to Montblanc’s global standards and brand objectives; manage budgeting and report on results.
- Coordinate the distribution of launch information, product details, and marketing assets to retail, wholesale, and internal teams; monitor their usage on external channels.
- Assist the PR agency with distribution of press releases and images, coordinate PR events and trips, and manage product samples and loan agreements.
- Support email marketing campaigns and other CRM functions alongside the Clienteling Manager.
- Arrange distribution of visual merchandising materials to points of sale according to annual plans and VM Coordinator instructions.
- Manage media asset production and ensure timely delivery to media outlets and suppliers as per the media plan.
- Analyze PR media coverage and provide biweekly highlights internally; prepare comprehensive PR reports.
- Handle administrative duties such as invoice processing, vendor setup, and purchase order issuance.
- Offer additional support to management when needed.

- Prior experience in a marketing role is preferred, especially within the luxury sector.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities along with solid organizational skills.
Recruitment Process
The selection involves three stages: an initial marketing-related case study, a second interview with the Clienteling Manager to discuss the case, followed by a final interview with the Head of Trade Marketing.
