Role Overview
The Sales and Marketing Department is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support various marketing activities, encompassing graphic design, website updates, and digital content creation to promote communities and sales initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update digital content on community websites to ensure current information.
- Create layouts, concepts, and various marketing materials through graphic design.
- Verify community data is accurate and updated promptly.
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns to promote communities and sales efforts.
Qualifications
- Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school, or equivalent experience of two to three years in administrative, marketing, or similar support roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and capability to quickly adapt to new software or systems.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel.
