Role Overview

As a Manufacturing Data Analyst, your mission is to enhance manufacturing processes by gathering, cleansing, validating, and analyzing production and operational data. You'll craft insightful reports and dashboards, track crucial manufacturing KPIs, detect trends and anomalies, and collaborate with cross-departmental teams to enable data-informed decisions across areas like production, quality, maintenance, inventory, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and sustain Power BI dashboards and recurring reports that monitor important manufacturing metrics in production, quality, maintenance, inventory, and supply chain.
  • Gather and refine data from multiple sources such as operational systems, databases, and spreadsheets to maintain the accuracy and reliability of reports.
  • Interpret manufacturing and business data to highlight trends, irregularities, and exceptions, presenting your insights to leadership in a clear, organized manner.

  • Develop and upkeep Python and SQL scripts to automate data gathering, standardize data formats, and minimize manual reporting effort.
