About the Role and Company
Verdhix Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Manpower Coordinator / Computer Operator to join their active project in Gadchiroli, Maharashtra. This role involves managing manpower attendance, maintaining records, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and manage daily attendance and employee details accurately.
- Update and maintain Excel sheets along with Management Information System reports.
- Generate client invoices and manage billing processes.
- Prepare billing sheets related to worker wages.
- Liaise effectively with the site team and management to ensure coordination.
- Maintain precise and current documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- At least two years of experience in manpower management or office administration.
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Previous experience with billing and invoicing is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and strong ability to maintain records.
- Self-disciplined, responsible, and capable of working independently.
