The company partners with Canadian owners, contractors, and facility managers to transition from analog methods to digital leadership throughout their building and infrastructure lifecycles. Each project begins with a tailored diagnostic to assess the client's current state, quantify the cost of maintaining status quo, and identify precise areas such as BIM under ISO 19650, digital procurement, digital twins, AI integration, or asset data to advance their operations. The consultancy exclusively focuses on the built environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in a small, virtual team setting, playing a crucial leadership role.
• Maintain and manage senior-level client relationships, delivering presentations to executive audiences and guiding discussions.
• Implement and enhance the diagnostic-driven engagement approach with actual clients.
• Possess strong technical expertise in built environment digitalization, particularly in BIM, Digital Twins, and relevant industry standards.
• Evaluate and decide, based on evidence, appropriate applications of AI in service delivery and client recommendations.
• Be heavily involved in the public launch and the organization's anticipated growth throughout 2027.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of five years' experience in the built environment field with direct BIM involvement; knowledge of ISO 19650 is advantageous.
• Fluent in both French and English at a professional level.
• Possesses critical thinking skills, relying on evidence to make sound recommendations, and embraces problem-solving challenges.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently within a virtual team environment without requiring daily supervision.
• Holds a modern, pragmatic understanding of AI’s role in business and recognizes where AI applications are unsuitable.
• Upholds strong principles, demonstrating ethical behavior, dedication, and effective communication aligned with company values.
• Showcases creativity and a willingness to innovate, learn, and improve continuously.
