Role Summary
The Manager - Compensation is responsible for leading the execution of compensation-related services across FedEx’s international divisions, focusing on the EU and AMEA regions. This position involves overseeing compensation calculations, managing merit and incentive cycles, administering surveys, and handling off-cycle compensation activities. The role demands leadership of a team alongside MSP partners to ensure precision, policy adherence, governance, and compliance with global compensation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee compensation calculation delivery and related program support throughout international regions, safeguarding accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate merit and incentive cycles across regions, aligning data, schedules, and stakeholder contributions.
- Ensure all compensation processes comply with applicable pay regulations and FedEx’s reward policies worldwide.
- Maintain governance procedures and data quality within compensation systems, processes, and issue tracking.
- Monitor MSP and vendor performance ensuring quality and service standards in international compensation administration.
- Support development and performance management of compensation managers and specialists operating across regions.
- Collaborate closely with Payroll, HR, and Service Delivery teams to guarantee consistent compensation services.
- Drive ongoing improvements in compensation delivery and enhance vendor coordination across global regions.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Proven experience in leading compensation administration or total rewards delivery within global or shared-services environments.
- Thorough understanding of compensation calculation methods, merit and incentive cycles, and survey management across multiple regions.
- Experience managing teams and overseeing MSP or vendor partnerships delivering compensation services at scale.
- Expertise in pay compliance, governance, approval controls, and compensation data maintenance.
- Familiarity with international payroll practices and pay considerations across different regions.
