Role Overview and Responsibilities
The position involves handling campaign analytics across multiple channels including Email, Direct Mail, and digital platforms. A significant emphasis is placed on analytical experience within borrower, customer, and marketing strategy domains specific to the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
Responsibilities include utilizing data visualization and querying tools such as Tableau and SQL to analyze and interpret campaign data effectively. The role is client-facing and demands excellent communication skills for interaction with stakeholders.
As a team leader, the candidate will independently manage projects and supervise teams comprising 4 to 7 analysts, ensuring smooth execution in a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment.
