Maintenance Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established heavy industry company in Kidderminster. This role offers a salary of £50,000 with shift hours from 10pm to 6am, Sunday through Thursday, totaling 37.5 hours weekly during night shifts.

About the Company

The company is experiencing significant growth and investing in new machinery installations. The site features large presses up to 28,000 tonnes, die-cast machines, and CNC equipment. The maintenance focus is primarily mechanical, but candidates with electrical skills will also be considered.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience as a maintenance engineer.
• Preferably Level 3 certification; Level 2 considered.
• Background in heavy industry advantageous.
• Experience with hydraulic systems highly desirable.
• Engineers from diverse sectors such as food, FMCG, packaging, recycling, metal processing, plastics, automotive, building products or ex-military personnel are encouraged to apply.
