About the Role
Isha Agro Developers Private Limited is seeking a full-time Machine Operator skilled in tablet granulation, compression, and coating processes. This role is based in Lonavala, Pune, requiring onsite presence to support the manufacturing activities at Herbal Hills.
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage machines involved in tablet granulation, compression, and coating processes.
- Set up machinery prior to production runs and monitor operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines to uphold operational efficiency.
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols.
- Maintain detailed production logs and promptly report any machine malfunctions or irregularities.
- Ensure the final product meets the company's established quality standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum education: Secondary School Certificate (SSC) pass.
- Preferably holds ITI certification in Mechanical or expertise as a CNC operator.
- Experience ranging from 0 to 2 years, fresh candidates with relevant technical background are welcome.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical or herbal manufacturing machinery.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability and willingness to work in shifts as needed.
- Good team collaboration skills and a positive work attitude.
