Following a $1.2 billion funding boost, the company is augmenting its AI and autonomy workforce to push machine learning applications into real unmanned systems functioning in critical, demanding operational settings.
Key Opportunities
- Develop AI software by productionizing computer vision models, integrating with sensors, and deploying AI on embedded hardware.
- Train and optimize deep learning models aimed at perception and autonomous operations.
- Construct machine learning platforms including cloud infrastructure, training pipelines, and GPU environments.
- Engineer data systems handling geospatial, imagery, LiDAR, telemetry, and sensor-fusion data.
- Optimize edge AI inference for autonomous platforms with constrained computational resources.
Candidate Profile
- Proven professional experience in AI, machine learning, computer vision, robotics, data engineering, or platform engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Rust.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning, embedded systems, cloud infrastructure, or managing large-scale data environments.
- Genuine interest in autonomous systems and real hardware problem-solving.
- Capability to transition projects from prototype phases through to deployment in field conditions.
- Prior defense or aerospace experience is not mandatory.
- Strong personal projects involving drones, autonomous challenges, robotics, computer vision experiments, or edge hardware deployment are highly desirable.

Locations & Working Conditions
Positions are available in Munich/Gilching, Berlin, Göppingen, and Rostock. The role requires onsite presence approximately three to four days weekly.
